Terms and Conditions
- There are no contracts involved in digital purchases, such as monthly subscription. The renewal of the subscription will be automatic and reoccurring each month. No refunds will be issues for subscriptions, and cancelation must be done manually by subscriber.
- All digital items, such as lessons are for personal use of the subscriber only. Any sharing of content with others who have not purchased a subscription will be considered theft and will result in termination of subscription indefinitely. Here at Rebels and Prodigals, we believe honor is the currency of heaven. Please honor us and who we are, as we always promise to honor you, your time, and your money.
- Rebels and Prodigals is a copyrighted domain and company. Any misuse of intellectual property and images will be considered infringement, and will result in legal action if theft or impersonation occurs.
- Hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated, nor will any type of talk about others within the community, outside of community. These will result in termination of membership subscription and access to all contents, to include the social media groups. Rebels and Prodigals reserves the right to who can access others within the community. We are not responsible for what happens outside of the community; however, we will ensure the integrity of the group remains and uphold everyone to the highest standard when it comes to respecting others and cultivating a space place to explore thoughts, ideas and questions everyone may have about the subject at hand. There is a no tolerance policy on bullying as well, and this will also result in termination of membership subscription and access to all sites and socials associated with Rebels and Prodigals.
- Once subscription to our services is cancelled, we will disable inactive accounts. When you are ready to return, you are free to make another one. We'd love for you to stay, but understand there's a season for everything! This is a guilt free zone, no shame or condemnation!
Return and Refund Policy
A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- All digital items, to include the monthly subscription to R&P Community, are final sale. No refunds will be given after purchase; however, there are no contracts for membership and you are always free to cancel subscription. Please note that when you cancel membership, you will lose access to digital items and private groups as they are exclusive to membership subscribers.
- All physical items will be returnable for full refund for 7 days after delivery. All clothing items must have tags and be unworn and unwashed at time of return for full refund. Refunds will be issued when the items is received by Rebels and Prodigals. All other items to include but not limited to, stationary items or home goods must be unused in order to receive refund. All returned items that do not meet this criteria will be forfeited and refund will not be issued.
